Noooo Problem Mon, You're in Jamaica! (Pt 1)

Jamaica was fun! The ship docked late so everything was pushed back by over an hour....but 'no problem mon'

We had an hour and a half ride to Dunn's River Falls and the start of our shore excursion. On the drive, our guide talked a bit about Jamaican history and made us repeat "Yah mon" and "Nooooo problem mon" over and over. We did stop for restroom/snack. Martin had no problem sampling some of the local flavor.

Dunn's River Falls a famous fall in Ocho Rios. It's one of the big tourist activities to climb the falls under one of their guides.

(None of us had a waterproof camera, so that picture is just a grab from a site)
The falls go directly into the sea - you start on the beach and climb up (about 600ft) with the help of guides. There's lagoons in between the vertical actual falls to rest, so you're not always climbing up up up. Still, the power of the water is incredible!

Mom ducked out 3/4 (maybe closer) to the top because her knee was super banged up (huge bruises!)

It was really fun - it was really exhausting. We were all happy to have finished (all with minor scrapes, Mom got the worst of it)

(If you'll notice Martin - he held the bottle every chance he got)

From the falls it was a five minute drive to Mystic Mountain, where we got lunch and road the bobsleds.
To be contuinued...
